Ladies & Gentlemen,

This morning, I saw that they are starting on level 16. Last update was 13 Mar 2014. Their progress are on track and able to finished 1 floor within 2 weeks. So far so good.

If you don't mind the handover date to be later is your problem. A contract is a contract. When signing and knowing the handover date, a lot of people will adjust the timing by selling the existing house or end rental tenancy. And they can't move into new house. where u expect them to go?

What the point of having dateline if can not meet. The whole world will be chaos!

The surrounding of Majulinq is too small to develop similar to kl sentral.

Ladies & Gentlemen,

Yesterday, I saw that they are starting on level 17. Last update was 29 Mar 2014. Their progress are on track and able to finished 1 floor within 2 weeks. So far so good.

Don't worry, the progress slow is due to they need concentrate more time to the the retaining wall facing the seremban/melaka highway. Then , they need more time to do the foundation of the building which they recently completed as in the photo dated 31 March 2014 .

After the foundation, then they will start erecting typical floors onwards. The 6 level carpark and residence unit after that. Should be able to complete 1 floor in 2 weeks similar to the SOHO progress.

As can be seen in our S&P agreement show that the carpark platform is share by SOHO , Court and Centrina.
