dun worry too much about ordering from PA, me and some of my friend ordered countless stuff from them and I even provide service to order stuff from PA for other forumers, no problem at all.

You just need to know the safe value which is usually below RM200 but I have ordered above that and use free shipping, no problem. Most of the time if just small package custom don't bother to check, they just let it pass.

All my figures, anime dvds, dvds are bought online, from PA, HS or from US, only twice my stuff got held by custom. once kena tax, second time no tax, they just let me take the stuff after open and looking at the content. None of my stuff from HS have been held or tax before.

On packing, between HLJ, HS and PA, HS is better since they use paper, so it won't damage the box inside. PA use styrofoam which can sometimes damage the box, but usually just a bit of dent, nothing serious. I don't buy from HLJ much, but they use plastic bags fill with air, not very secure.

For the anime dvds I got from US, the snailmail the real invoice to me, and for the box they just write a dummy invoice. So no matter if I buy boxset or single dvd, it's always USD5 each, so even if I do get taxed the amount they tax also low. Tax for DVD is quite high.

Yup..if not mistaken tax for DVD is approx 50%

Usually take about 6-7days. The damn HLJ use SAL. I don't no why cause in my order I state use EMS. The last package I collect is yeaterday from KLIA. Kena tax rm100+. Anyway, using SAL is ok for me. As long as the shipment cost is low and won't take my item around the world before sending to me.

for mine i didn't even ask them to reduce it, they automatically do it haha. I try not too have too much in one shipment also, smaller box less chance kena tahan

so far i been ordering shipment from HLJ for 10 time and none of this cases ever happen to me ^.^ maybe i luckly

and btw i use SAL only and it come around 14-20 days nia on the door step

How much your item for each order? Did you instruct them to reduce amount in invoice for custom purpose?

nope i just order like normal (around 10 items my max limit) and all total sum most 600 ++ to 1K sometimes then need to wait 14 -20 days then come to door step liao. my parce always at medium size (that wat HLJ stated) in the invoice

no wor so far nvr kena b4 >,< so dunno wor maybe i keep my item 10 only and not more than 1.2k++ so the custom don't kacau 1

Got one I ordered some game soundtracks..small parcel only..but its about RM180..still kena tax leh!

So it doesn't mean that small parcel won't kena tax lolz! But small parcels have better chance of escaping the eyes of the customs hehe

lol i think i know why liao because import from oversea need to see caterglory 1 for me i order from HLJ only toys maybe they don't kacau much then other like copyrighted stuff >,< (correct me if i'm wrong)

but then again i dunno why me order already 10 time ++ still haven't kena this case b4 from SAL.
