Hmnn Wth teh raynox on the SP90 also having CA/fringing? That what I hate about the +10 filter..VERY obvious CA or yellowish fringing..Spoil the photo sad.gif
QUOTE(axii @ Mar 6 2012, 04:44 PM)
Tamron SP90 + +10 filter + Raynox = Fringing and CAs to the end of the world yo!

/fixed

But in all seriousness, the lens will probably touch the subject! Don't think my insects like being treated that way, not to mention the difficulties that come with lighting.

MD is lighter than the tank built MC and also newer. Some say MC PQ much better than MD but very personal.

Between F1.4 & F1.7, for sure F1.4 having bigger apperture and thus better bokehness but at F1.4, the focus area also reduced. So most of the time I'm using ~ F2 or evenF2.8 instead of F1.4..just like my flower photos above

Yeah not cheap but very dificult to find even in ebay.. The most only selling within US & not worldwide. Well, buying cameras in Japan is not cheap.. what to do since it's a genuine Minolta and not vivitar/Sigma or even Tamron biggrin.gif
QUOTE(shukrie @ Mar 21 2012, 04:10 PM)
rm350 for 50 f3.5 lens and extension ? i waiting for my vivitar 50mm 2.8 macro 1:1 to arrive biggrin.gif
