i heard it is 1.5l, 1.3l isn't coming; not sure how true it is.

well based on my exp, with shell Vpower racing (not normal RON 97), the engine really has a kick..
feels more torque, accelerate better...

or maybe just a placebo effect... i dont know...

I just done mine 20k service. but i just realize they did not change my cvt gear oil, is okay?

Below are the part being replace for me
- Engine oil
- Washer drain
- Oil filter
- Element Filter

Total damage RM399.15

Myself has got no idea if is was compulsory...but then when i googled about cvt engine oil, it was recommended to change on every 12months

Just realized that our alarm system has the beeping/buzzer function to signal arming and disarming alarm. Did some research and managed to successfully program mine with the buzzer function

HM purposely deactivated the function, not sure why, and SCs reluctant to activate it for me. Asked me to go to Cobra, to get it activated and they do not want to be involved if anything wrong were to happen. Went to Cobra Tmn Tun, but the technician forgot to asked me to bring the PIN number for the alarm, which is needed to program. So went back and did some research, got this dealer's manual and DIY it and it was successful.

Something to share with you guys
Directions to program our Cobra Bridge 4400 system:

For those who are lazy to read, here are brief instructions to do it.
1) Disarm your car

2) open driver's door,

3) Click open your bonnet,

4) put in your key switch it to ON, wait 15 seconds,

5) Tricky Part: KEY IN PIN Number @ the control panel button next to your ignition switch (Cobra PIN provided by HM when they handed over the keys to you), On how to key in Pin, please refer to the PIN Card behind. IF SUCCESSFUL, you can see the INDICATOR LIGHTS blink once. Else if you do not see it, take out key and wait 5-10 seconds before repeating Part 4.

6) Once you see the INDICATOR LIGHTS blink, press the control panel button and hold it (Approx 3 Seconds) till you hear a BEEEEEP continuously. (ok now its activated). You can let go now.

7) To adjust the volume of the Buzzer function, press the control panel button again to adjust from volume 0 - volume 7 (being the loudest). Press once to upgrade from volume 1 to 2, press once again to 2-3 and so forth, once volume has reached volume 7, the next press would be silent, meaning its volume 0. Adjust to liking.

8) After adjusting, remove key. close door, close bonnet.

9) Test your alarm now.... !

I'm loving the buzzing function now, too bad our alarm does not have the auto lock function, else it definitely would be programable. Not too sure about the volumetric sensors too. According to Cobra technician, our exact alarm model is Cobra 4465 (not too sure if its the right model tho), perhaps do more research and see what can be done from there.

Technically, if HM is complaining bout warranty of the alarm if they hear the sound, we can just switch it off anytime we want when we send it to service or if we want to get something replaced.

wowww... this really works? i gotta go try it then... thanks very much bro! i've always wanted to enable/install a "BEEP" sound for locking, and "BEEP BEEP" sound for unlocking our doors. even considered installing a buzzer once, at a car mod shop (the technician advised me not to do this, as it will involve cutting into existing alarm cabling).

so if this really does work, i'll be super happy

BTW, after enabling the function, ARMING = BEEP BEEP, DISARMING = BEEP.

OK looks like I'm stuck at the "tricky part" (your step #5). When I start keying in my 4-digit PIN, after I key in the 2nd number, the indicator lights blink THREE times. Then the control panel button lights up. It only goes away if I take out my ignition key.

Have tried this over the last 15 mins... can't seem to enter the whole 4-digit PIN properly and see the indicator blink ONCE.

Hmmm... anyone got any tips?

Each time you key in your number, let's say your pin 1234, you press 1x (you'll see a red light while u press it), then you'll see a 1.5second red light, start pressing immediately 2x ( you'll see 2x red light blink). And so forth.
Count the number of red light blinks as u press your digits. Missing the red blink means u have not pressed the button correctly. Takes a few tries to get it right.
Make sure u do not pause too long between digits. Not more than 2 seconds.

I still remember asking SA for this when collecting car and they quoted RM400 for adding some buzzer by accessories shop to get the beeping. Probably they drive the car out, program it and collect RM400 for nothing.

The alarm beeper is illegal to be used in EU countries (also mentioned in the manual) probably due to noise pollution reason, that's why it is disabled by default. If Honda service center claims that enabling the beeper would void warranty, I would really want to hear what excuse they are going to give for that (they could be claiming the vibration from the buzzer could possibly shatter some engine components, they are so used to coming out with excuse that sounded silly, hahaha). Come to think about it, there could be a possibility that most of the SA or service center doesn't even know about this because whenever alarm got problem, they send it to Cobra instead of servicing it themselves. And being typical mentality of our local service line, if that is not their job, they will not have the curiosity to find out more.

Reading through the manual that you shared out, I noticed there are some additional function that interest me e.g. the auto-arming and the programming of additional remote control to arm/disarm the alarm (which HM quoted a surprisingly shocking price for additional remote). Sadly, my car is now in workshop after accident so I only get a chance to try those out when I get my car back. And I just got news that they are short of parts (the rear bumper), so the wait could be a longer ones than expected.

In the mean time, good luck for those who is adventurous to try this out, excellent job to gadgets2us for finding this out and most importantly sharing this out for the benefit for the forum community.

Thanks @gadgets2us for providing the guidelines for enable the buzzer alarm which everyone are wanting for this.

I just try myself and it works. Kudos to the instructions for checking with Cobra technician about this.

I shall edit this on the front page... Really awesome and i can no need to see my hazard light but just hear the buzzer. Damn brilliant indeed.
