why dont u go to settings- application - market and clear data and cache...
then launch Market again...

btw, if u think ur tab is a Shit Tab, why dont u sell it off and get an iPad instead.. easy as that...

no doubt about the tab, its simply amazing. can't wait for ICS... it will be even better.... anyone using a keyboard for this model.. not the official Samsung KB... i think its too expensive for that type of KB and it does not have a built in battery... any other suggestions?

my opinion.. it does not serve the purpose as a tablet if we get a keyboard for it..

Which is why its an accessory to a tablet.. with millions of people who owns a tablet worlwide, there must be some that needs the tablet to also handle office work n docs...and a physical keyboard can surely make typing easier...

agree...just an extra accessories.optional....but it is goods for gaming which is able to enter the cheat code

Having the same problem with friends galaxy tab 10.1 .Every compass apps also show the same error with the compass.
I hope it's not hard ware issue.Hoping would be software andorid 3.1/3.2 issue.
Weird part is , so many owner having galaxy tab 10.1 but non of you all notice this problem????? really weird.

Now I need someone with andorid ICS kang rom mod to test whether it's software issue or hardware issue.
If really hardware , really need to warranty back and claim it back.

I am using the Swiss Army Knife application. I like to keep it simple.

Confirm with hand held Suunto magnetic compass, and Garmin 62SC (hand held GPS using the internal compass and not NMEA projections). They show "ABOUT" the same direction and I know I've yet to get lost using them. Cannot tell which is the accurate one since none of them are certified to a know reference.

Could be I am on the other side of the hemisphere. Possibly now confirm my belief the sun rise in the west and set in the east theory is correct in this part of the world .

Seriously, try the program I have used and then we can compare notes.

Its definitely apps compatibilty issue.
Im using stock 3.1 and compass by catch.com...

It points north... the apps changelog also mentionef it has fixed the honeycomb true north
Try it..

IF it is software issue and 180 out then very likely they intend it as a prismatic compass and not magnetic compass we are normally used to . Quite a common issue to those that do a lot of navigation by compass.
