btw, i ordered another type which i saw from the 7.0+ forum, should be arriving by next week and will test and see whether it can power an external hdd because it has a 5V power supply input as well..

Your HDD must be in Fat 32 format. Depending on how musch storage you have, it would need additional power on for detection. If your USB harddrive do not have this feature, than it cannot be detected

Hi Guys...did anyone of you had faced force close in the youtube app after update to HC3.2?

Since u mention it I went to try,  surprisingly it crashed without even loading the video. Weird is I never had problem with it oly after 3.2  PS,tried a few video

Not enough power for my ext hdd 640gb. USB kit support pendrive, but dunno support up to how many GB pendrive.

Yup thats what happened to me as well..weird...i actually did a factory reset but the same problem occured?

i am using 2 32GB thumb drives with my Tab. One is to store videos and music and the other stores ebook, pdf and word files.

No problem and pretty fast as well. No stuttering when playing video from the thumb drives.

I read that there is wifi problem if update to 3.2 OTA. Is the problem still presisting?  And the above poster also said something about YouTube app not working? Is it true? I don't really want to update if there iare these problems.

hi guys i just found a website regarding our beloved tab firmware:

and as you can see from the website (under region there are Europe, Middle East, Asia, North America which you can choose either one) you will see all of the stock firmware that are available in the these part of the world.

europe now have stock firmware 3.2 released on Jan 2012 but our tab which under open asia region : P7510DXKG4
which is confirmed for our region.

i wonder can we just flash our tab to europe version and simultaneously updated our tab to stock 3.2 honeycomb without having any issue. And how is that possible.

can somebody please show me the steps how to flash my tab from P7510DXKG4 (open asia) to P7510XXKL2 (europe)

and if i dont satisfy how to flash back to P7510DXKG4. tq to all SIFUS in advance
