can anyone guide me to upgrade to 4.0.2 from stock nexus?

1. First unlock bootloader, root it and installed CWM recovery : installed GNEX toolkit
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=13923102. Download stock rom 4.0.2 from this link
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=13988003. Boot into recovery mode and backup your current rom
4. Copy the extracted folder 2011-12-18.16.07.08 into clockworkmod/backup in phone
5. Switch off phone, boot into recovery select restore this folder
You will now have stock 4.0.2 and all your phone data will be wipe clean completely
So before you do that , use Titanium Backup to backup your apps/data and restore back it from the backup. Any important stuffs you see inside the internal SDcard - copy it to your PC. You can copy these back to the internal SDcard after flash
use the GNex toolkit to root back and have CWM installed
I assume you understand those tech terms mentioned
You also can download the stock 4.0.2 image (4.0.2 (ICL53F)) from Google servers at
http://code.google.com/android/nexus/images.htmland flash the zip file by using the GNex toolkit
