Unlock Bootloader - bootloader is code that is executed before any Operating System starts to run. you HAVE TO unlock dat goddamn bootloader first before you can proceed with the system changes including rooting, flashing, etc. thank god its samsung not htc, orelse u'll have a nightmare on removing the bootloader.

How to go into adb.
i activated adb, but still i cant use cmd to install my .img damn..

i actually dont really know, which one is more pratcial like battery life and the functions and stuff?

use your windows cmd.. take it to your extract directory. copy the fastboot exe in the same folder and follow the cmds one by one. Before that do unlock bootloader, root the phone and run CWM.
Use Gnex toolkit to do that. AFter that run the following cmd

fastboot flash bootloader bootloader-maguro-primekj10.img
fastboot reboot-bootloader

fastboot flash radio radio-maguro-i9250xxkk1.img
fastboot reboot-bootloader

fastboot -w update image-yakju-itl41f.zip
