but i dunno the telephoto is for what @@
fisheye is useless for me @@

Telephoto is used for taking portrait, whereby sometimes u saw some picture the object focused is very clear and the background is blurred. That's what telephoto lenses meant for. And to capture further distant object of course.

Fish Eye not need much explanation, is based on self preferences haha

did you flash the Google apps? If you flash AOKP nightly builds, you have to flash Google apps too, right after you have flashed the ROM file, before you reboot your system.

btw, I have to say... AOKP build 20 + franco 13.1... redefines smooth, its amazing (for now, just flashed it 10 minutes ago tongue.gif)

need to learn how to root asap, which method do u suggest, using toolkit or by manually? i read someone Gupreetsingh if im not mistaken, brick the phone when using toolkit, after read that im scare to attempt root to my phone, by the way i got other problem which i forgot to mention, i can't send and receive mms although i've check to various website my setting for mms (digi) is correct, do you know why? need to change other setting?
*
Yes I thought I have bricked my phone. Then I did everything manually using commands and all went fine.
So best is try toolkit if it does not work just do unlock and root.
Then use manually to flash the rom.

Is it only used for communication with other NFC phones only?? what are other uses? Can make Credit card transactions? or recharge my touch n go something like that? What is the use

Franco kernel released an updates. smile.gif

CODE
26th January - nightly #14.1
* Bootloops fixed - my deepest apologies for the loops

25th January - nightly #14
* Bumped up some bus frequencies
* Added two omap patches that fix two false IO wakeup detections
* GPU Overclocked again to 384
* Changed the voltages file to increase stability
* C4 state patch reverted - according to Colin Cross (Google Android team) it can only save 2mAh max during idle, but it could cause some instability, thats why they reverted it as well. I want stability, so this stays reverted
* VM_Readahead values hardcore - now it's set to 512kbs
* CIFS added as a module
* Writeback values reverted back to stock - they seemed to perform extremely well in conjunction with the Writeback IO backport from 3.2
* Conservative governor tuned again - what I did this time is pretty simple, this governor now only jumps between min frequency and max frequency. Why this? Because I want to minimize any kind of lag that "can" happen when polling and then ramping up step by step to max frequency. To balance the battery/performance ratio I increased the ramp_up threshold from 60% to 80% CPU load, which means that while it doesn't use the 920 step (in the 700min-1200max scenario, since it's the default and the one that I recommend) it will ramp less times to max frequency. This is wielding the best results in the last 24 hours for me and my testers didn't complain at all, quite the contrary

No, not really.

To confirm if your phone is recognised by the toolkit, you should be able to see the folloing:

When connected to toolkit while booted into Fastboot/bootloader:

When connected to toolkit while booted into Android:
user posted image

If the serial number is not displayed, then nothing will be performed on the phone since the toolkit cannot communicate to the phone in the first place.

When the serial number displays as shown, means the drivers were properly installed.

EDIT: I have no idea why the first image isn't showing, but it's the same as the 2nd image, just that the serial number appears under 'fastboot mode'.

Download NFCInfo for market.. Can read basic info (card type/serial no).

As for other real use. Nothing we can do here coz all need support by service provider.
