QUOTE(davidke20 @ Jul 29 2013, 10:32 PM) » Click to show Spoiler - click again to hide... « As for fuel pump, you wouldn't know when it kaput. The thing that kaput is the float. Mine have the exact same problem, suddenly it detect no fuel, suddenly all come back. Suka² it goes half a tank then restore. I'm just bearing with it, as long my trip meter reaches 400km, I'll go fuel up full tank. Until 1 day I switch key to ON but no more sound from fuel pump, then I know it's time to change. My next fuel pump probably going to be GaGa also I have not measure, but most probably will detach the fuel pump, blast it with diesel first(prevent catch on fire) then bring the whole damn thing to sparepart shop ask the fella bring out a GaGa fuel pump and compare I wouldn't even wanna tell the sparepart fella whether ayam using it on what car. Anyway, recently the symptoms seems reduced or close to none. I think cleaning up the tank does help Ran a bottle of this, split 3 full tank of petrol to finish it. I think after that no longer see the fuel indicator sudden drop liao Shall see will try later.. you petrolhead no problem stranded side road one.. my bro sissy type.. worry get chop by tow truck later.. so better change before pump kaput.. better..

QUOTE(davidke20 @ Aug 20 2013, 09:21 PM) Yes, no need aftermarket super duper slotted/drilled disc. From what I learned, there are NO performance rotor for Shawie nor GaGa. Those so called "PERFORMANCE ROTOR" in the market are using OEM rotor CNC slot/drill holes on the already weak tofu disc Hence, until today my brakes are still stock. I used FBK for a week, than traded with BOSCH. Reason being, the FBK indeed too noisy and fade very quickly if I whack hilly roads corner after corner. BOSCH is still decently acceptable in my opinion. Ayam not a racer, so you don't expect me to comment on sport pads. I hate sport pads. If your magician is kind enough to do the dirty work, please get him to get a set of service kit and service those caliper as well. Without knowledge, brake fluid sludge developed on brake piston causes unfinish retract, which in result will grind your pad/rotor faster than usual, brake fading due to fast overheat. You have no idea how dirty it is INSIDE the caliper. » Click to show Spoiler - click again to hide... « not that i'm saying i'm racer type but sometimes we really do need good braking.. you know kl drivers, sway in or out of lane.. jump queue.. taxi driver dive from junction.. that's sort of thing, make me want better braking power.. other then brake, tyre also play a big part of brake distance.. small rim = more tebal sidewall tayar = more comfort + less rim bengkok if bump into hole (but can still kena tyre bengkak if hit at high speed)..
