Apart from Maxis, Celcom, Digi set, other country like Singapore and HongKong also considered as unlocked set right? Meaning they can upgrade and jb without worrying about the baseband upgrade as well?

After i google, then I understand why people are thinking to unlock iphone.

I am still under Digi contract, but Digi 3G is not available at certain area. Can I change to Maxis prepared card with my iphone?

My baseband is 04.11.08

But I saw someone wants to unlock this baseband in other post. Meaning, my iphone is unlocked or locked ?  hmm.gif

AFAIK, all Maxis, Digi and Celcom iPhones are factory unlocked. Perhaps your Digi just do not have 3G signal at your area?

If you buy it from Digi then confirmed that the iPhone is unlocked and you can use any simcard you want.

Just re-jailbreak my iPhone 4 (currently used by the wife) and iBooks is working again. Just showed her how to use iMessage too.

i used corona... and also rejailbreak with redsnow 0.9.10b4, but still cant use ibooks.. why??
