The Time/Astro staff called my wife offering her a speed boost to 50/30 MBPS for 6 months free but my wife not really understand those terms, can explain more here? We are on iptv now.

From what I heard it's a free upgrade to 12 Mbps for 6 months. After the 6 months, you can either keep it and pay for the 12 Mbps package, or revert back to your original 6 Mbps speed and pay the original price. Please correct me if I'm mistaken.

I received the promotion too but I turned down the offer. Already on the promotional 10 Mbps package. smile.gif

Hi Bro,

Your 6V power adaptor does not have enough voltage to power up the Router.

Linksys E1200 is using 12V, 1A power adaptor. It can be easily obtained from electronics shop.

Alternatively, you may call TIME to replace a new one.

Hi Bro,

It's totally different either from the backbone, equipment & ways of implementation.

TIME is currently the fastest ISP in the market & performance is good.

Check out my PM for more details.

Thanks.

Hi Bro,

Over the late couple of months TIME had some downtime due to :

1) Fiber Cut (Unpredictable)
2) Planned Maintenance
3) DNS Issues (Already Resolved)

Everything is back to normal now.

Thanks.

Hi Bro,

TIME does support ipv6 in this transition time via Teredo / 6to4 tunneling, it's ipv6 supported.

PM me if you need more info.

Thanks.

Hi Bro,

Are you saying specifically 11pm--1am the speed drops to 60-70Kbps & other time it was fine ?

There's no blockage even for torrenting.

Feel free to PM me for more details.

Thanks.

Just call TIME CS regarding landed issue. He told me TIME just cover for highrise 5th floor above. I wonder why they didn't plan expand their coverage for landed? Cost higher than highrise? Nowaday most new landed already cabling fiber from developer. Even old landed also cabling shorter than highrise. I am think a lot owner also need to know why?
