Slow speed esp D/L last two days. Used to get ~10Mbps DL but only get 1-2Mbps DL. Even boost to 30Mbps didn't help.

Actually 2Mbps is good enough for me

Anyone facing same situation?

Hi Bro,

Time ADSL/ADSL2+ is using Copper at last mile to customer premise, some areas its backbone is powered by fibre.

Your area is not yet in coverage, please check out your PM for more details.

Thanks.

Dear Mr Yeap,

Any plans to extend the coverage to Desa Putra Condo in Wangsa Maju. I see on the map that Time's have some sort of coverage in Sri Rampai LRT station. My condo is just beside the station (2 minutes walk).

Hi Bro,

Time Fttx service is not yet ready at Wangsa maju.

The one you are seeing is dedicated leased line service.

Thanks.

They provide the router as well as the modem for the installation. nod.gif

I'm a bit let down nowadays. When they first installed it, I could reach 2 mBps download rate using IDM (which is still pretty much far from 100 mbps), now getting to 1.5 mBps is already a rare occurence. I'm still going to give them the benefit of the doubt and assume that they haven't had sufficient infrastructure to support the 100 mbps (or at least close to it) in my area, which is KLCC. unsure.gif

For your information, if your area HSBB Unifi had already installed, Time Fiber will not invest the fiber internet in your area.

Unless, your area is business area that very high-class places (example: golden triangle)

TIME isn't really focusing on the mass market, they are catering more for the business/office market alongside high-end residential buildings.
