Any of them should be ok

If wan instantly then Sensation , Evo 3D those ok also .

If can wait xperia U / one S should be ok .

The benchmark is better because of the different of way the gpu rendering the graphic .

Mali 400 bechmark is good but have poor game suport while adreno have good competiable .

The xperia S doesnt lose in hardware tho at most its a draw . Both are good enough for daily or even intense use .

And it have better screen , better cam , sperated HDMI , nfc .

Xperia S should be better than both G and non G version .

Not mentioning the design and build quality . If you like samsung , then might as well consider nexus prime .

Won drop significantly already . If want to get can get it now .

Almost all smart phone is fargile and heat up easily .

So cant fit ur requirement =/

Make sure you check for htc one x screen problem and xperia s yellow spot problem before buy .

You can get further infomation at respective phone section .

Ask those user how to check your phone before buying it .

Both sony and htc malaysia doesnt provide 1 to 1 exchange .

Both are great handset without those problem .

In some country if you find the phone is faulty , they straight give you a new one .

Malaysia they will repair it .

Type " htc one x screen problem " in youtube lots of video .

Xperia S new batch seem like no problem already . Make sure you get the new stock .

Still have live with walkman. But mini pro have better suport. Best choice in that price range.

live with walkman isnt Rm690 . Rm690 is include with 8gb card + walkman headset

single core can play till 720p only .

As your budget is tight i would recomend you to get second hand optimus 2x or atrix 2

if wan new then get xperia Arc , nearest to ur requirement .

xperia mini pro .

Best spec in that price range .

+ qwerty keyboard for email and sms
