SE android which 1 is excel in video recording..for concert btw, might need 1 soon, x8 and mini have failed me dearly

1. Brand. HTC, Sony Ericsson, other brands would still be okay
2. Budget. around 1k
3. Specs. at least 1Ghz, decent camera (front camera wont really use it) and GPS
4. what i need. preferably with a physical camera button. GBA and PS1 emulation would be nice if it plays smoothly

Arc is your friend, HTC Evo sounds not practical with it's 3D

Pls state your usage, both got pros and cons. Arc mainly got better cam, evo got faster processor + 3D effect but pricier.

I think better take evo or motorola atrix. Can also wait for sony xperia U if u dun mind smaller screen.
