Plan to get Tp-link mifi, but found that it not support send USSD feature.

Any suggestion for mifi that allow to send USSD code.
Plan to hook on Hotlink simcard with free internet, and subscribe weekly plan base on need, but Maxis only allow to do that through USSD code, not SMS way.

I have one E5776 and E8278 that works with MDMA http://www.nerve.org.za/mdma/ (nice confusing apps name LOL)
i have yet to try out with the USSD feature, but the problem is, every time when MDMA detected my mifi, my mifi settings always reset to default which is very annoying. sweat.gif

Many of them do not support USSD, unless you use it on phone sweat.gif
Edit: does not work as MDMA keep freezing up sweat.gif

if having -860 or -22 version, can later be used for P1 (TM owned now) and YTL Yes LTE-TDD 2600MHz broadband too.

Didn't know there was a thread for mifi!

So I have this Maxis RM48 Wireless Broadband plan. It gives me a free usb dongle instead of a mifi device. Now I'm planning to buy a mifi that is compatible with my Maxis Wireless Broadband plan.

Any recommendation guys? The cheaper the better. brows.gif

So far I've found the TP-Link M5350, ZTE MF65, Huawei E5331. Any other mifi device to recommend? How are the performance of these devices? compatible with Malaysia's Maxis 3G bands? Which is newer as in release latest of these 3 mifi device?

Teardown this long time ago

Definitely more sophisticated to handle LTE CAT4 which is MIMO.

One thing compare to E398 is E3276 lost thermaltape

not sure whether i should get huawei vodaphone R215 (e5372) or e5776? the price is more or less the same, just R215 can replace battery, 5Ghz, 2 antenna and smaller compare to e5776.

besides, did anyone know about ZTE MF91D and sierra 760s? how they fare against the above mention huawei? hmm.gif

Skip MF91D

760S is good except it is old.

Never try R215, E5776 is good, 10 hours battery life
