is the kancil in running condition?

When the front shock absorber leak oil and need to change.
There are two option:
(1) Change the shock absorber with a pair of new one (whether it is good quality one depend on luck).
(2) Go to "Chop Shop" (2nd hand car spare part shop) and buy a pair of shock absorber, Some shop can change it for you. It come with both the absorber and the suspension spring (whole set). I heard the 2nd hand spare part come from Japan. In Japan people drive Mira for few years than sell the car and change new car.
The old car got dismantled and spare part export to Malaysia end up selling in "Chop Shop".

A year ago I change my Kancil front shock absorber (option 1), but find that it is not very good.
So, a month later I change the shock absorber again with the 2nd hand shock absorber (option 2) and happy with it until now.

anyone know how much is the price of kancil left skirt,mine patah edi kena langgar with orang mabuk.

not sure about kancil, but L2, L5 skirts are around 100-140.

my engine block there engraved daihatsu instead of perodua does it means its a mira engine?

urs is 1st edition kancil right? ppl call kancil lompat...if yes, it is daihatsu engine with perodua chasis..but the engine was specified for kancil malaysia.
