Anyway my mech took out my air filter because of space after some mods.
But i dun feel confortable and might get a small open pod as a replacement.

Anyone running thier SLK without air filter? Please share your opinion....

im also running without air filter, so far (6 years) no problem till now. thanx to the super lasak TD04.. haha

r u talking about bov? if halfcut bov usually ori. i never confront with cap ayam one. beside, most of the bov came out from larger displacement car. so no need to worry ori or cap ayam. unless if u want to buy after market intercooler that come with halfcut. that one need to see the inside core for confirmation. outside definitely almost 100% like ori. ur last question i dont understand.

just bought a kancil 660cc M 2004 for rm8k.is it a good price?want to ask,while moving,the car produce a sound like knocking,when stop,its gone,why?and also,the meter and odometer dont work.is it expensive to repair?

If u want sqv the cheapest is around 350-400.. While ssqv 500-600. 250 tht I'm talking about is for other ori bov like blitz. Sqv 1 and 2 if I'm not mistaken is likely the same. Unless the new 2 valve ssqv 4. But that would cost u a bomb.

If I were u, I would advrtise to trade or trade n topup first at mudah. But need a bit of luck. Try search kcar life forum, if I'm not mistaken there's a few sqv for sell there. With ur 350 budget u cn get hks sqv\blitz dd. Hope that will help u

my 1994 660 SLK aircorn keep turning on and off by itself quite frequently while i stop at traffic light, but when i press on the gas pedal a little it return to normal. what problem could it be? adjust idle point or fuel injectors got problem?

Most probably your idle is to low, increase it until ur air cond didn't turn off.

majority sold d.....haha i dunno how to see it;s imitatian or ori also....mmg sng kena tipu...so i prefer to go somewhere trustable and yg ade...straight agkt....
