Original HID around USD1,250 wtout courier.

That's why Msian usually look for aftermarket HID.
Usually can get around RM1K per pair for China/ Taiwan made.

At $115K (Estimated price of 1.8 Elantra), now I am considering to buy any 2nd hand T&H like accord or SUV like CRV.

From my driving experience, camry, accord & CRV not a bad car afterall. It big, comfort, reputable..

For info, Honda 5000km service is using mineral oil.
If using synthetic oil also need to service every 5000km, if want to claim warranty. That's Honda rule.
If after 3yrs, warranty no issue anymore.

In Malaysia, where Elantra given a fog light, some owner want to get DRL.

In Elantra, originally cant have both at same time.
Dont know why Hyundai do this.

A lot of case study show that there almost no significant different of safety using DRL or not in bright country like USA, Mexico or Msia.
The safety benefit produced by DRLs in relatively dark Nordic countries like Norway, Finland, Russia, Canada or some Europe countries are more significant.

Somemore DRL will increased fuel consumption up to 5% than normal. & of course DRL systems will increase CO2 emissions as it get power from engine.

Do we really need DRL? Hm..

My SA said that Elantra will reach showroom around 20th Feb.
So that they can launch & show that car on 22Feb nationwide.
Price, they will know this week.
But tentatively from SD HQ 1.8 is 110K-120K.

Currently, they got around 500 booking nationwide.
But SD got around 1000+ stock when it launch.
So expected, pre booking customer will get car on Mac 2012.
No delay like sonata & tucson.

You should book Forte 2.0 2013 from now. It will be launch in Korea in next few months this year. Hehe..

Naza usually faster. Launch this year, next year will be on sale.
Not like SD which very slow.

Mivec only cost RM111K in 2007 & mostly it still sell around 80K+.
Sama jer dgn civic 1.8. More or less same resale value.
Mivec increase price twice b4 it came to current price of 120K++.

Logically it's depend on buyers. I also find it weird to see why people or my friends who prefer buy old lancer or Inspirated.

My guess that there are some kind of fans of this MIVEC or VTEC in Bolehland.
Pelik bila lihat EG or EK civic still can sell 20-40K although already more 15 yrs old.
Same story, my friends still buy 2nd hand lancer although I tell them a lot of car better. Hmmm.. MIVEC & VTEC special case.
