Cover the toilet floor trap then flood the toilet. Leave it 2 night there. Check floor below the soffit slab got water mark not

use a plastic bag, put on top the floor trap, then another hard board cover on top, lastly flood the whole toilet. mark the level at wall, come back check after 2 days.

Developer unit is now at 540k for 1022sqft

Is this property worth to go in with this price?

How is the rental yield?

There are quite a few open units from developer. Wondering if this is a good investment property? Judging the fact that it's near aeon and 10min driving distance to utar.

For them to reduce the price to 400k. i think it's highly impossible. they have only 10 units more or so left only..

I'm just curious, renting it to students, possible? students will still need to drive to Utar (about 5min driving distance)

last time i also bought a unit from developer, they beh ta han every month pay the maintanance fee, so they fire slae the unit at 28% cheaper, i straight buy it

Despite the fact that it has a shuttle bus, still students may not rent here?

With the remaining 10units. I have not much confidence for developer to further lower the price.

because currently is a standalone highrise there but surrounded by landed. hence, market for landed still preferable

If for investment, I will choose Sg Long. More guarantee on the rental.

If BMC, why not go for landed instead of high rise?
Besides, if die die must high rise within BMC, why not choose mahkota residense?

I hardly see the buying point for investment, unless there is a big discount or for own stay.
