Cover the toilet floor trap then flood the toilet. Leave it 2 night there. Check floor below the soffit slab got water mark not

There are quite a few open units from developer. Wondering if this is a good investment property? Judging the fact that it's near aeon and 10min driving distance to utar.

Not mistaken the original price for smallest unit is about rm350k

If BMC, why not go for landed instead of high rise? Besides, if die die must high rise within BMC, why not choose mahkota residense? I hardly see the buying point for investment, unless there is a big discount or for own stay.
