Yes, at this moment the jam is bad however by 2017 when MRT and SR C Sg Long is open the jam will be much more better, when EKVE is completed by 2018/2019 BMC's traffic will be alright I suppose, keep my finger cross.

When SR C Sg Long, traffic along main access road to KL should be better, currently parents send their kid to SR C Batu 11, Batu 9 or Balakong, make the road packed with cars. If the school open, these cars will not be there thumbup.gif

Currently the jam started at 6-7am
Maybe 20% car is send their children to bt 11 Chinese school after that straight go to work .
If sg long chinese school open and parents can send the children to school maybe at 6:45am then go to work
Meaning the jam might start later at 7am ?
Personally I think if MRT started operated doesn't improved the traffic cars going out cos the MRT station not in bmc / sg long
They still have to drive car all the way to nearby station
Unless they take bus
Hopefully ekve smoothly completed

What I notice whenever school holiday, the traffic will be much more smoother, based on this I presume traffic toward KL is better, no?

I'll be going back to collect my keys in 2 weeks time.. hopefully not much defects to deal with.. if can only rent out at rm1300 then kinda sad lol.

Jus took keys last Friday, regret to say tis is another rush job developer with no concern for the buyer's welfare except to finish job fast n collect their money. Those who had collected their keys will understand what I mean.

Don talk about my unit, even the common area is not ready, work still being done on lobby, access card not ready, d so called 'sky lounge' is not ready, swimming pool is not ready.. No water or electrical supply to our units.. I wonder how much d architects got paid to certify 'fit for delivery of vacant possesion'..
