Went to the site yesterday. Well, i believe they are doing casting of ground floor now. 3 levels of basement already completed.

The shop lot in front of this project looks nice.

I'm a owner of type C also I did the website for this project, no worry on the developer, we are focusing on few more projects to be launch this year, but not in BMC.

If anyone of you have opportunity to grab one, better go for it because the price will raise to RM 4++psf soon. in fact I'm keen to buy the duplex if the loan approve.

Smaller units are no longer available, limited units for duplex, I guess only left 2 after I selected 1 unit.

I compare many properties nearby, below RM 350 psf is a great buy, so I never think much and confirmed it for loan application now.

How come you get 350psf?

I paid 8psf more than you and that just about one month ago.

What unit you bought? I'm referring to the B1 duplex, maybe duplex is cheaper per sq ft at no more discount now.

Not exactly danielisme, as a owner and to protect the interest of the property, something you need to understand before you have such comment.

From the architect:
"The one we are using is not ordinary ALC block. It is a very expensive and high quality brick design by CSR from Australia."

The benefits are :

1) Better Fire Resistance
2) Better Quality Finishes
3) Better Thermal Comfort & Energy Saving
4) Environmental Friendly
5) Light weight

Other high end projects that are also using similar brick are :

1) Maple Condo, Jln Ipoh
2) Park 7 Condo, Jln Kia Peng
3) Saffron Condo, Sentul East
4) Ameera Condo, SS2
5) Office Towers, Bangsar South
6) SOHO in Pantai Hill

I think by using ALC block, all those crackline on wall can be reduce. In addition to that, the construction period will be much more faster. However, the benefits of ALC block can only be proven few months later. We will wait and see.

Oh please, stop labeling those cheap block as brick. We only use this block for our low cost housing and perimeter fence. Do you know what happen if your partition wall make of light weight material? Yes, you can hear what next door is talking.
