I didn't take any pics of the condo construction lol. The crane that you can see in the picture is for the condo construction i think. I went around and saw construction of the basement carpark just behind this row of shophouses (i think la). Can see 1-2 stories already if I'm not mistaken.

Bcos v yet to receive progressive payment letter from bank so I assume no much progress. Anyway d shop lot looks ok. Thanks for d pix..

Now similar development launching at 550/sq.ft. Last time we bought i-residence is only 350/sq.ft. Almost same facilities.

You can check out Cloud Tree by Zalam. If i am not mistaken, 550/sq.ft. 80% booked already even before soft launch.

If it is not of the 5% rebate thing only instead of 10% like others, i already grab one.

I guess the foundation completed already by now.

Have you received a letter from the bank to pay progressive payment? I received a letter from the developer to the bank (cc'ed to me) to pay them the first progressive payment. I haven't received any letter from the bank to pay them though.

Someone told me this project delayed le.....one year passed only completed foundation ? I foresee more problems and surprise to come...

yeah, with the positive sales, the progress should have reach level 5 by now. But surprise to see this. even the sales office also gone, right? or maybe they closed on weekend nowaday?

By the way, some of the structural already completed partially up to level 4 or 5 if not mistaken. I guess, they are aware of the delayed and trying to play catch up by constructing from side to side rather than from bottom to up.

Hopefully the progress will be getting better by the end of the year.
