Ironically my lats are not as great as I wish. They're wide but not thick and don't "pop" even when flexed. IMHO best bodypart is my quads.

Funny thing, most of my fat sits around my lower ab and oblique areas. Arms have visible veins and very little fat on my legs so I'd guesstimate abt 13% bodyfat.

Pretty normal for guys, I'd say. That's the usual 'dumping ground' of bodyfat for us.

I find leaning forward slightly while doing upright rows tends to hit my traps pretty well.

Progress? Meh, I dunno. Lats are still non-existent. Need more shoulders & traps too. Chest as well. Though on a positive note, arms have grown. Left is still smaller, but catching up slowly.

LOL I meant they're still not as wide as I want them to be! High lat insertions make things a little more difficult too.

Yeah, my left's always been the lagging arm in terms of strength and size. Right's my dominant arm so it got all the attention when I used to play single handed sports like badminton/tennis/squash/etc. Funny thing is, with the left being the smaller and slightly weaker one, my left pec is slightly larger than the right. LOL

No problem. But you should know that varying your stance recruits muscles differently depending on the width. The wider the stance, the more the legs come into play and vice versa for a narrower stance. Also from a powerlifting POV, a wider stance means a shorter ROM which may also translate to you being able to lift more.
