bulking was pretty good so far (though i chunk almost everything. lol. dirty bulk). started from 65kg.

i want some opinions from you guys. do i really need to eat more? i'm not trying to get big. but it seems my chest definition is not significant.

or is it because of my body fat %? currently my bodyfat is 13.79%

i dont really have time to go to the gym as i'm working on shift. so thats why i'm choosing p90x.

13.79%? i am pretty sure that is not accurate. looks like almost, if not, 20%.

as a beginner myself, i do think you need to do something man. u are lacking a lot. not being harsh but its the truth. eat more, train more, and rest more. don't just focus on biceps thingy. focus on your compound movements (deadlifts, squats, etc.).

btw, whats with getting fat? ppl don't look good when being fat. put on muscle.
