So would it be same Soho plus retail and call Empire USJ?

I think Empire Group needs to demonstrate that they can successfully deliver Empire Damansara first. Completing a project is one part of the delivery but to make the place happening is another challenge. Unlike Empire Subang it is riding on an established commercial area.

any new road or access will be built to usj1? the jam must be tackle before any 'grand' launch but seems like didn't see any improvement
