If follow Empire strategy, should not be record breaking. Their strategy is clear off and clear it fast, playing on cashflow and moving units simultaneously through diff channels.
Furthermore, leasehold vs Da Men freehold with Da Men better placed but still have units leh

If u guys want more information on the project. U may go to their sale office to see the building design n their concept when the showroom is ready. But their won't let u buy or know more abt the unit Im selling.
