Added on April 2, 2012, 9:01 pmAnyone had test drive for the top speed? I've book this car. But wondering how is the top speed and acceleration. Is it comparable to 1.8 litre car? Cos I'm currently driving sentra 1.8. Is the acceleration really slow?
Btw, anyone had any simple mod to increase the horsepower? Or torque?
Anyone change to 16 inch rim? How is the effect? Will it really cause drag to torque, acceleration and top speed?
I believe Prius C from 0-60km/h, it have better acceleration then normal car, cause it is lighter & run by motor from the start. But if you try to accelerate from 50-100km/h, you might have to wait compare to your sentra.Added on April 2, 2012, 9:01 pmAnyone had test drive for the top speed? I've book this car. We use to normal auto/manual gearbox, which you will feel the torque when changing to higher gear. But for CVT, you may feel the rev, but won't feel any torque until you see the speedometer you are already at speed of 80-100km/h.
Overall, CVT just give you a very smooth ride, if you want those torque feeling, better go for normal manual transmission engine car.
