Specs-Screen Size 3-4 inches, can use 3G Data plan, Less Lags on device (business phone )

Xperia Pro specs seems alot better than the Lumia 610 but I've heard that android phones are laggy

not laggy, is when compare with windows phone and iphone is much laggy
android phone disadvantage is not all phone can up to date to the newest android version

Windows phone "not laggy " is for home screen only .
Open apps also need time and application also will lag .
Android can download launcher 7 and the home screen will same with windows phone .
Not laggy but plain

Hmmm what phone?
launcher 7 should be 100% no lag 60fps even for anything near to lumia 710 processor or even below ( msm8255 )

SG ace , I find the smoothness same as launcherpro.

Msm7227 weaker than lumia 610. Can't expect constant 60fps

currently using htc wildfire..damn so lag n slow..thinking of another phone..
price max RM1000
screen atleast 3.7'
big internal storage n ram..
android more preferrable
*P/S: it must be SMOOTH to open apps
