doesn't matter whether you subscribe the Daily or Monthly package , you can access those things ,

of course, if the things require additional charges you need to pay... but that doesn't mean , you can't access those things , you still can access those things when you have sufficient balance [ for example foursquare, whatsapp , streaming youtube/radio/tv..etc.. , ] , because some of the packages doesn't include those things , but yet.. you still can access those things

Not all apps can be accessed by using wifi when there are no BIS connection,  since you only activate the BIS base on daily basis, means that.. the BIS only can be used on that day , once you stop the subscription, the BIS will be not connected, and you can't accessed some of the apps [prolly most of the apps]

*actually can be accessed[open] but cannot be connected even though with wifi [for some apps]
if you subscribe the BIS Unlimited Monthly , the BIS can be used for a month , although you off the mobile network , you still can get BIS connection through wifi [in that month]
well, for the postpaid user , no problem though..[no daily package]
