Hello everyone. I'm here to consult something.
Are blackberry phones overpriced? Based on the specs , it looks more like a phone which people can get for 200-300 cheaper... |

QUOTE(kae7 @ Feb 28 2012, 08:46 PM) not overpriced , because there are no phones comparable with the Blackberry with their own system/server.. Haha I agree with you there ... Too bad its not cheap though Anyway I think I would buy a blackberry rather than an android phone cause it's wayyyyyyyyy too common nowadays , Samsung phone too, everyone is using it, but if you use blackberry , you'll have a different feeling when you see the phone around you are android( mostly Samsung ) |

QUOTE(kae7 @ Feb 28 2012, 10:52 PM) it depend on your usage, if you never need BIS/BES , BBM , email , social networking, etc.. dont use Blackberry I don't use BBM as not a lot of my friend has a blackberry ( will use apps like whatsapp and others ) , not a lot of email, moderate social networking , moderate web browsing , moderate texting , gaming on a 2-4 inch phone? It wont get anywhere close to real gaming expirence, just 10-15 mins to past time so I'm fine without it or with less option available.there are many other phones available actually for Blackberry lovers , Blackberry isn't so expensive Actually a 500 ringgit phone could do everything I desire but Still considering blackberry cause need to activate BIS , quite expensive |

QUOTE(kae7 @ Feb 29 2012, 07:46 PM) wait, I can't understand what you are trying to say , What I meant was if i subscribe daily meaning I will only activate BIS when I want , mostly weekend. So basicly during the weekdays , I do not have BIS. When I don't activate BIS during weekdays , will I be able to access those apps with wifi? firstly u said "what if I use prepaid BIS [daily]" then.. at the end of the sentences , you said "if I do not activate BIS" doesn't matter whether you subscribe the Daily or Monthly package , you can access those things , of course, if the things require additional charges you need to pay... but that doesn't mean , you can't access those things , you still can access those things when you have sufficient balance [ for example foursquare, whatsapp , streaming youtube/radio/tv..etc.. , ] , because some of the packages doesn't include those things , but yet.. you still can access those things Sorry to confuse you |

QUOTE(kae7 @ Feb 29 2012, 08:19 PM) Not all apps can be accessed by using wifi when there are no BIS connection, since you only activate the BIS base on daily basis, means that.. the BIS only can be used on that day , once you stop the subscription, the BIS will be not connected, and you can't accessed some of the apps [prolly most of the apps] Ok. I think I'll get a u mobile monthly prepaid for rm19 . Since i have no income that will be my best choice *actually can be accessed[open] but cannot be connected even though with wifi [for some apps] if you subscribe the BIS Unlimited Monthly , the BIS can be used for a month , although you off the mobile network , you still can get BIS connection through wifi [in that month] well, for the postpaid user , no problem though..[no daily package] |

QUOTE(kae7 @ Feb 29 2012, 08:31 PM) u use umobile ?? I'm currently using hotline youth club ... I don't know there's such thing before... I thought it would cost a lot for hotlink thats why I decided to go for u mobile. Good thing haven't buy sim card yet because I recommend the Hotlink BIS Bonus for RM 20 per month dont worry about the so called data quota , because practically , it is unlimited |

QUOTE(kae7 @ Feb 29 2012, 08:48 PM) well it met your criteria.. But it says for a limited time only, so maybe few months later this promotion no more then have to use the normal bis from hotlink ? ( which is more than rm1 a day if I did not remember wrongly...)![]() for whatsapp , if you just texting , no charge will be incurred , [based on the forumer , my friends and my experience] |
