Without any experience.. , actually if you don't have any experience, you can try first.. then.. it will be your first experience , similar to other OS including Android, how can you know to do something if you don't try..?

bear in mind that, Lumia 800 is in your range of budget.. but if you could buy Nokia Lumia 900, it will be better

- bigger screen
- front camera

Ah I see. If given the chance between these two I would probably go for Lumia 800 since I don't really need bigger screen and front camera
