It has better graphic card, nVidia GT555M and external subwoofer as well, RM2699.

around 4 hours,
if you need more e.g 6 hours+, better consider Asus U46Sv, but weaker GPU and poorer speaker |

HP DV6, better you ask the user directly, http://forum.lowyat.net/topic/2157748
1GB VRAM is mostly enough for HD gaming. You cannot upgrade GPU VRAM and it won't help in performance. P755 is mainly for 3D movies, GT540M won't be enough for 3D gamings. |

Spec wise similar, the N55Sf has anti-glare 1600x900 screen, while the N45Sf has the glossy 1366x768..
