I'm also confused whether the i3 model is U36D or U36SD? But i'm pretty sure that U36SD has i5 version.

I saw someone posted in lowyat that the i3 version U36D selling at RM2299, which is quite good considering the light weight, 8 cells battery and dedicated graphic. The i5 version U36SD is much more expensive at >2.7k or 2.8k

im not so sure about the brand but my frens said Asus is better for gaming

4. Preferred laptop/screen size : Good resolution for Autocad/3D Stuff.
5. Best bang for buck, would go above 3k if the spec's worth it.

Warranty should be good aswell, especially laptop's performance due to heavy usage.

Hmm, many of the models listed above are quite new... can't really say much on them apart from the specs...
I believe 16GB is more than enough for W7~
Having a hybrid SSD/HDD configuration will mean you'll be able to enjoy both faster performance as well as larger storage capacity...
I think you can omit the 5 series from your consideration... because having a dGPU will mean higher heat as well as shorter battery life. Usually a cooler laptop will last longer. Some more your usage doesn't require a dGPU
I think its between the HP Folio 3 and Lenovo U300e only, since both offers on-site warranty (I emphasize more on warranty support when it comes to purchasing laptops)

Yup, pretty much the HP Dv6 if you emphasize more on gaming performance

You can use the remaining money for warranty extension as well as getting accessories e.g. cooler pad etc.
