What's up guys!

Anyone here familiar with Gibraltar Remote Hi Hat Stand? (9607ML-UA Hi Hat Stand with Moveable Leg Base)

I'm having a problem with the rod connection. I'm trying to remove the Short Upper Tube (Refer here : http://www.gibraltarhardware.com/pdf/GibraltarParts2010.pdf pg.14). It wont move. Anyone knows where I can send it for a quick repair? Bicycle shop maybe?

I decided to email directly to Gibraltar Hardware for the issue. This is the reply from them:

Thank you for your email. I am sorry to hear of your issue. When did you purchase the hi hat stand? There is no way for this stand to be repaired, it will need to be replaced. Please send me a copy of your receipt, and I can help facilitate getting you the new model Ultra Adjust hi hat stand.

I guess I'm hunting for one now.

The email was sent to customer service in the U.S. I don't think finding the receipt will help.

That kit is at his place right? I'm guessing those racks are custom made together with the mics stand? And s-hoops for all toms too, very nice.

Recently I've been watching lots of youtube about the NAMM 13 show, and I've stumbled upon Natal.Natal seems like a pretty interesting brand, I heard they're under Marshall. What are your opinions?

BTW Gong Xi Fa Cai and Happy CNY to those that are celebrating it. icon_rolleyes.gif

many say alesis's sound is poor and bad. most people cover songs in utube, they trigger the midi and convert it into ezdrummer software. but cant complain much coz alesis is the only option for low budget user, especially me. i want to record drum, but still want to learn how to play drum. how much is dm8? 3-4k?
