All this car park very confusing la.

Let say fully furnished.

Let takes sv rent out. + zero car park

Take Robertson rent out.+ car park rent out 400

Upon vp. assum both same easy to rent out 2018

which investment better yield ?

My Unfurnished need 2100

Furnished need 2350

To cover loan 90%

but if car park rent out at 400in 2018 separately. need to deduct above estimate amount la.

I think i got positive cash flow already with sg rate now when vp.

( but infact i actually only taking 70% loan. So will have super positive cash flow la.)

I hearsay the mall only with 11 floor.

Why the model at showroom look like the mall (block a)height until 16th floors to block b?

The developer saw that. that's why they see the warehouse gm klang can bring crow .they sold the land to gm klang la.all this reported at the edge newspaper today.

Gamuda look like not hit and run developer like southgate mah sing.

The wholesales fashion @ seoul is doing very well leah. it is not premium. but selling young lady clothing.

Some more at the edge. gamuda mentioned they now focus at mall business and at long term basis like wct .

I hope Robertson mall will be as good as their kota kemuning buz suites/gamuda walk.

109 is before 5% discount.

After discount 103.5 x 527 give you 5xk for FF

We only interesTed to talk about Robertson n compare other project...not interested to talk about someone investment strategy.
