It might be misleading a little but this is in fact their "first luxury high rise service apartments in Malaysia". Madge Mansions is considered as medium rise luxury condo & the rest of their projects in Malaysia like Jade Hills, Horizon Hills, Bandar Botanic, Valencia & Kota Kemuning are all landed townships. I strongly agree.

You can just look at how willing there are to spend money on the highway connection to their Bandar Botanic, Valencia, Kota Kemuning & Jade Hill.

They also JV with someone to built GM Klang to bring more people to their Bandar Botanic Buz so that value of property there increase.

A cover walkway is "peanut to them" thumbup.gif

last time i sold cement to their project ma.

Got special discount ma. Who ask some guy cable not as strong as mine? whistling.gif ...cannot buy this and that?

I forgot to tell everyone. I also bought GM Klang Shop lot. Bought very cheap. see the offer received just 3 years ago.

Now received cheques from them while the price of shop also increase alot.

I think those bought size 804 high floor type maybe already 1million

Cinema not got la.....all young guy or young girl make it very chap...wholesale also not good.

maybe can have a mall like lot 10 or have all shop chater for retired folk like have cat cafe....fish cafe... book shop where retired folk can hang out etc.

Retire people very rich la. They will spend kau kau for products they like. Most rolex buyer r my group. Most golf club r also my group.

Retire people bought land 30k now worth 1mil. Dsl bought 25k now 800k

today go collect rent there. Tomorrow collect rent here.

By looking at the facilities. Robertson is marketed as luxury.

swiss g. Facilities very few only.

swiss g cannot compare with robertson by looking at the facilities.
