This is what I read from the interview of their Managing Director by the Edge while accepting their property excellence award.
http://gamudaland.com.my/media-release/?newsID=30 It might be misleading a little but this is in fact their "first luxury high rise service apartments in Malaysia". Madge Mansions is considered as medium rise luxury condo & the rest of their projects in Malaysia like Jade Hills, Horizon Hills, Bandar Botanic, Valencia & Kota Kemuning are all landed townships. Correct me if I'm wrong.
Done some google. to share some info.
gamuda have built Condo in KK ----> I happen bought and sold also
( appreciation up to 90% after VP, so gamuda got this merit value creation award 2013, this is vote buy fellow like Md/CEO Mahsing, SDB, SP Setia, sunway, Sime Darby etc... this award cannot buy with $$)

gamuda also have JB (
now appreciation up to 75%, some even 85%)

gamuda also have another JB project call Canel Garden in Horizon Hill, fully sold
&
The Jadites Suites ( they only built only Service apartment in Jade Hill) ----> I happen bought also
http://www.iproperty.com.my/developments/d...w.aspx?pid=3006https://forum.lowyat.net/topic/2409579/+500Set against the backdrop of rolling hills and lush greenery, the exquisite Jadite Suites is an epitome of luxury, style and distinction. Jadite Suites is an exclusive serviced-apartment development located in the gated and guarded residential enclave of Jade Hills – a tree-lined tropical paradise with an oriental theme. Spread across 5.277 acres of freehold land, the development has a gross-development-value of RM195 million.
I believe gamuda will built good quality highRise ( althought they are baby in highrise) as they are keen with ConQuas of Singapore.
In The Edge, thier MD said they are focus on Hire Rise with smaller size land. ( they also mentioned looking 1 Billion land every year for township)
Is my research ok? answer some your doubt?
