uninstall amd catalyst install manager.
safe mode, driver sweeper then reinstall 12.2 leshcat.
did I miss any step ?
because I rmb I did this a few times already.
and I still don't seem to see the CCC appearing after rebooting
Oh yeah, when installing the leshcat, there are two options IntelMedia Additions.
which one should I pick ?
The older but stable or newer and updated one ?

Before u install 12.2.. have u check Windows Installer Cleanup and make sure there is no remaining of AMD*/Catalyst*/CCC*.


You can try reinstall CCC by navigating to "Packages\Apps\CCC2\Core-Static-Net", then right click on ccc-core-static.msi and select reinstall/install.

Assuming u're using the default installation path.. Go to C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\blacklightretribution\Blacklight Retribution\Live\FoxGame\Config\PCConsole\Cooked and open file name PCConsole-FoxEngine.ini

Search for ResX= and change it to
ResX=1366
ResY=768

my screen ish moar bluish.. need to adjust the color setting in Intel Graphic Control Panel. i think most DV6 had bluish screen.

yeah...kind of blur and the colour is less saturated...if dont mind pls share ur intel gc setting

i didn't change anything coz i like blue.

I managed to enable muxless dynamic and fixed switching in modded bios i used without semi-bricking it for 9001 times.

switch to fixed switching...now i can view my driver version at catalyst centre liao...womder y in dynamic cannot

Been waiting for an update since my CCC doesn't open right with the 12.2 drivers. My laptop keeps reverting to Intel after removing the charger and doesn't go back unless I restart So wondering if anyone using the dv6 gets stable performance with the new drivers.

A. Its rare and unpleasant bug when moving from one one set to another. You can beat it like this:

1. Go to Windows “Program and Features”

2.Launch “Ati uninstaller”. Select ONLY CCC for uninstallation. Uninstall it. Do not reboot.

3. Launch respective UnifL unpacked set. Check ONLY CCC checkbox and install it again.

4. Reboot after this procedure. CCC should be now operational.

When you guys comply to this there will be no problem with CCC

Those who have problem with CCC can't open.. you can try this method.
