srsly lower FPS ?
do you know the console for dota 2 to see the FPS ?
I'll test it out later. And will prolly reinstall back to 12.2

Mine.. i disabled all programs that i don't need to run at startup.

what about all HP apps like HP Assistant? do i need to disable it?

Yeah.. i don't really see the reason to run it on startup. I prefer to run it manually.

Other stuff u can consider to disable..

Kies stuffs, IDM, HP stuffs except On Screen Display if u like OSD, Apple stuffs and Adobe CS5?

no, don't like it at all. better make it on when i need it.
