you open the thunderbolt .zip files, inside also got system/etc/init.d then inside got files, then copy that files from your computer into the phone

You should not use any other tweaks with ThunderBolt! actually.

Your busybox is either an older version or not having sysctl bundled into it. You should install stericson's busybox and install it to the current path busybox is installed (if not installed, install it to /system/xbin).

oh shit..i did a factory reset..cuz i complained my battery stats doesn't seem quite good and sometimes my phone hangs.

i only back up my pictures.. no one reminded me to back up other things.. i lost all my contacts.. omg FML

Your init.d files are not chmodded rwx-rwx-rwx probably.

Also, when you type su in terminal emulator, you'll get a superuser prompt asking if you will allow or not (first time only). Did you see the prompt?

didn't do nandroid backup? please remember to do nandroid backup before any factory reset, rom/theme flashing next time..

and sync your contacts with gmail account, that way anytime your phone wipe or stolen at least u got your contacts..

oh wait..i managed to retrieve some contacts which i thought i didnt sync...lol

guys have a major issue here... actually its been there a while now. My contact that I back up (.vcf file) I now have 10000+ contacts. All my emails are also backed. Every tom d*** and harry. I dont want email addresses to be backed up. Only phone numbers. Prefer it to be synced with GMAIL. Please help.


This is 1 thing I cannot figure out on Android. Btw... I am a heavy GMAIL user. Rely on it for business.
