No la.  Read the app description.  It is not only antivrus.  It's also app permission checking, hide apps, firewall call/sms blocker, wipe data if lost device, locate lost device, wakelock / battery monitor  etc.

Hahaha I kept laughing when I saw the features of anti theft.. so many commands that can reli make the thief cry. Most useful function will be taking their phone numbers automatically. Then can make the phone keep rebooting oso. Make yhem yhink its haunted. Hahahahahaha

discounted phone price + upfront payment.

if recalculate back, its more like u pay the phone in full price and get rebate every month for the plan.

It's useless anyways right? Odin/Heimdall gets rid of Avast or whatever protection there is? Or, reboot to CWM and install another custom ROM, and bam, data is intact, but security breached.

I'm on celcom. Previously I used KI4 ok, then KL1 even better but now on KP1 since last night so still need time to see. Was having the same problem like you before I void the warranty nod.gif
But if u notice recently celcom reception got worse since the rainy seasons...

It depends on luck. People who stole phone may know a thing or 2. But if you accidentally lost your phone (tertinggal or drop out from your pants) it depends on the finder who normally would not know about these stuff. If they dun off the phone (people who find such high end phone sure cannot resist to play around with it) then you got a good chance to find your phone with these security apps or at least wipe all your data.

So better to have it then nothing at all. nod.gif

Using the mum part would be a better idea, because not everyone has a gf(what if it is a girl? lesbo hmm.gif ), but everyone must have a mum. tongue.gif

Back to the topic. My method of having the clock displaying full time on the screen drains the battery pretty fast. Current is about 85mA because the phone is actually awake...

The best part? 5% drain per hour. Meaning you can get about 20 hours of standby time(and since the screen is on, that means it is also 20 hours of screen on time biggrin.gif ) For those who charge everyday and like the convenience if it, then it is worth the drain.
