I had the worst experience when i go to klcc yesterday. The CS that handled me looked so down and tired and took twice as long to key in the credit card details as compared to the person next to him. I practically sat in front of him for about 30 minutes and after everything was done, i went to the collection booth and was told that i got a different colour. I had to return to the same guy and he passed me to his supervisor. That guy clearly did not get much support from his superiors. I saw him going to at least 3 different guys before coming back to tell me that a change of colour would require at least 30 minutes. Some dilly dally around and 30 minutes and 4 more superiors later, i just told him to cancel the whole thing.
What irks me was the superiors never bothered to talk to the customers and just left the helpless supervisor going in circles. It would seem to me that whenever there is a problem, everyone just walks away or pass it to another. And the irony thing is i noticed that there is no customer feedback or complaint in their website. Maybe thats Maxis.
