I can see so much potential in PSV since I owned the N3DSXL before this. Better graphics, sound, etc. If only we have Animal Crossing & Pokemon series in PSV, then many will buy the vita instead of N3DSXL. The 3d effect is nothing to shout about.

I currently have one unit of memory card (8GB). Let's say i want to buy another one unit of memory card (16GB), can i just switch the memory card in and out if i want to play certain games in that particular memory card (using the same PSN) or I need to restore the PSV, then start everything from factory settings?

You can switch in and out if it belongs to same psn account. No need to restore.

Depends. US PSN does sale often. Pairs that with a PS Plus subscription, it does seems to make digital worth it.
Unfortunately, vita memory cards are pricey.
For physical, you can always re-sell them to buy other games.

For physical new, I always buy from Impulse, Play-Asia (when they're on sale), OGS and E-Game.
For used, plenty of ppl are selling them here: https://www.facebook.com/groups/444743525645428/

Hi nill.. I just got my third vita and I can confirm that you can share your account with that 3rd vita and probably the 4th and the 5th. the only thing you can do is online multiplayer at the same time. But local multiplayer seems to be fine.

Did you activate the Vita in your PSN account?
if not mistaken, if didn't activate, once one account login PSN, the other device cannot access all games.

Do we get any discount if we already own the game on ps4 ?
Buying a game on both platforms at full price seems too expensive

depends on game publisher. At most they offer cross buy, where buy 1 free 1. None of the console manufacturer offer discount for second purchase, so no one will bother to do that.

You should get a US account. Games there during sales are ridiculously cheap.

You can have best of both worlds. But some of the games are not available physically.

thanks for the reply.

1. how to re-format?
2. is it recommended if i maintain the 4G memory card or to upgrade higher? (I would buy tapes to play most of the times).

Please advise.

Sorry if i ask too much
