Here's a very noob question but I couldn't get the answer by Googling. When I search through the garage sale forum for Vita price, there's always 2 options - either a standalone standard pack or a bundled pack. Obvious difference are the extras like screen protector, games, memory card, casing, strap, etc.

Price difference is like RM650 vs RM1000. Ok, the cost of the consoles and accessories combined might have exceeded RM1000. But the thing which puzzles me is the standard pack. On the bundled pack, they put in words like 'original charger', 'original adapter', 'original cable' and 'original battery'. So, I was wondering, for the standard pack, did they remove the Sony original stuff to make it cheaper? I can't compare it with the normal US pack as those are sold by retailers from another country and have stricter policy.

2nd hand price is not that great. RM635 PS Vita 3G+Wifi from hwaching62
is the best for now.

Only bad thing is that Vita 2.0... How much lower Vita 2nd hand price will drop is anyone's guess

just curious, if making a R3/MY PSN acc. All the digital game price would be in MYR? price similar to US PSN? ://
Please note that US PSN have much more meaningful sales than MY PSN. MY PSN is always more pricey except the exceptional few. If you look at February Free games, MY gets some games offered in January (no English subtitles).

Best seller for US PSN prepaid is:
hazwandek and wierdoz

I see us PSN already have it listed
Any proof that Danganronpa: Trigger Happy Havoc will be added to MY PSN?
Because YS: Memories of Celceta was not in MY PSN.

babymiki, DLCs are tied to your account. If your account is R3 MY, you can't download DLCs for R1. It cannot be transferred or saved in your Vita to other accounts.

xcxa23, you meant Vita propriety memory card (Vita MMC), right?
Are you familiar with handheld / console gaming?
If you are, you would know that games in blu-ray disc, Vita and 3DS game carts could not be installed in external HDD, SD cards/Vita MMC.

Full games could only be back up in PC if it's a digital copy bought from PSN store.

You will have to switch cart when you want to switch games.

xcxa23, I'm the same with you.
First handheld is Gameboy Color then switched to Vita.

I chose Vita since new 3G Vita 1k was selling for RM650 during the Vita 2k introduction. Regretted choosing Asia MY PSN for Vita. Download/Digital game price in Asia R3 PSN is awful due to lack of sales. Switch to US PSN if possible.

Check out US PSN blog for digital game sales to.make use of ur 32GB MMC。

Zaryl, is your Vita and your friends Vita using the same PSN account? If not, no game sharing. Unfortunately, Vita only support one PSN account before you have to format..

Frostlord, do it. Change the password and wait for the a##hole to ask for advice in lowyat. Then pls proceed to physical violence if you have proof that the device is yours. Btw, if the offender used your credit card to buy games, better hurry up and take off your c.c details.

hi folks,

Im currently just bought ps vita 2k + 8gb mmc and hv 4 physical title of game. Is it worth if i buy 32/64gb mmc, and later just bought digital copy of game and store it in my mmc? Or just stick to my current mmc and continuesly buying a retail/physical game card?
Thanks in advance for every opinions smile.gif
If full digital Vita, what games you like? If you prefer Japanese developers and you understand Japanese, jump to R2 JPN. US PSN if you are patient and like discounts. Pick Asia PSN if you like to waste money.

PS vita 2k is going for rm599 at GH.

Is it worth to buy one now or is ps vita 2 coming soon?
Vita 2k and Vita TV did not get huge sales. PS4 did. Guess where Sony's money goes to now.
Vita TV will be the last Vita and Vita 2k the last handheld from Sony unless Sony announce a gaming phone...

fyi, you can buy games even if your Vita MMC is full.

Be patient and get the 64GB later. Both Nintendo and Sony allow handhelds to transfer games to PC.

Before buying a Vita, please consider what region that suits your game taste.
1. R2 JPN if many games from Jpn are not localized
2. R1 if you want to have more console except Vita.
R1 have many sales but the frequency of Vita games
for sale in the future is questionable if localized
game sales target is not reached

R3 is an odd one. See the games listed in Asia PSN
and compare to NA PSN.

Please note that you will loose access to the games installed in your Vita that you didn't own once you login another PSN account.

Can R1 game play using R3 account in my psvita?
*

PS Vita R3 Account can play game cart from any region.
For DLC, Physical & Digital Copy must match region of PSN Store.
PS Vita cannot play digital game from other account because you can only assign one account to the PS Vita, unlike PS3 and PS4.
You have to remove existing account to use another PSN account.

Help.. Vita TV aka PS TV is driving me nuts..
Download will fail once it reach 0kb left to download... There's 1GB extra space so space is not a problem.
It happens after updating to FW 3.55..

Already format MMC, reset router, activate system.
NAT Type 2, Static IP addr.

Error Code: C0-1932-5

I know that.  There are good and great 3rd party studio game that can rival Sony own studio, so why bother with that? I dont care Sony did not give any support for it own device as long as there is still game for it. By the way, PS Vita is great companion to my PS4. Work great too when i want to play game lying on my bed without the need to look at tv screen  laugh.gif  laugh.gif

Vita is a great companion as long as your ISP don't mess up.
