Anyone does boarding in johor or recommend; preferably nusajaya area? The pet shop charges me at 20per day for both. Too expensive. I can send/pickup. Thanks!

My baby glider that I just bought three days ago keeps crabbing at me.. Even when I wanna pass her some apples she just crabs non stop. How to make her calm? I know she's scared coz it's new environment and all. But I really wanna make her calm.

Even I put her inside my bonding pouch she can't stop crabbing. Should I continue putting in bonding pouch or let her sleep on her cage? Afraid she will be stressed

I think you should bond with you joey first...you can maybe place your clothes which you wear for a day or two...and then place in the cage....for them to recognize you smell....try talk softly for your joey to recognize you voice...

Now that I've finally calmed down, I guess its time for this update.

My sugar glider, Ted Remus Lupin aka Teddy had leave our world on the day of July 2nd. Teddy had been a great friend to me over the course of 6 years. It is like losing my own family.

Over the duration when I was with Teddy we had endure some major events together. We've survived 3 job changes, 2 major motorcycle accidents (and many minor ones) and heck, even a storm that blow over our roof, literally.

He was my friend. My very dear friend. And thank you for being my friend for the last 6 years.

R.I.P Teddy. I will miss you, always.

I have a series of questions to ask :

1. Where do you guys normally keep your sugar gliders?
2. As our weather is rather warm, do you switch on your a/c or fan 24/7 for the sugar gliders?
3. Does anybody keep their sugar glider outside the house?

At couple of hundred ringgit each, you want to keep it outside?

I'm interested in SG as well but found this thread has slowed down. Where are everybody?

Facebook.

Anyway, I learnt my lesson of not keeping glider outside the hard way. Teddy, my sugar glider of six years died after a few weeks of living outside at the balcony due to the recent heatwave (I changed houses).

hi, recently i just adopted a 5 month old suggie.
i been experience in keep 4 glider in the past 6 years, but is all adopted when they were around age of 2.
but this time is way younger.

for now i can touch her when she outside her pouch, but sometimes to crab maybe because shock...
2nd is that she crab when inside her pouch as well.
all my other gliders (1 now, 3 passed on), i can take them out directly by putting my hand in, but this one when i near the pouch, it tends to crab and bite.

how can i make it like tame like (putting my hand in the pouch without biting, play with it without she without crabbing or biting.

on the other note, helping for fren, his glider has a major hair loss, what cause it and how to cure it? is it by food?
