BB's GPS need BIS to run, if I remember correctly - not sure if there is any offline map+navigation software like GarminXT on S60 phones. Anyway, to save on hassles, I'll probably get myself a standalone GPS device if I really need navigational guidance while driving.

mind sharing what cloning battery is?

So far no, i already tried reboot,battery pull and use it until drained no need to reclone it



Need to clone if not using std batt, if not phone display will show no batt icon when use...

The cloning kit and instructions will come with the third party battery, don't worry.

For me yes. I owned Ip 4s and 9790 last time, but now after changing to lumia 800, the last time i was using my ip 4s is 2 days ago. left the Ip 4s completely untouch. hihihi.

9790 is good for business email but im too bored with it already.

Anyone experience lag after updating to 7.1???

i need to re-clone everytime i reset phone after install apps/ delete apps. is this normal?

i am using sunglobal batt.

i feel troublesome.

Update to 7.1 just now. Feel so smooth.. N battery saver seem work 2 me.. Right now my batt not drain to fast like before.

No lag. Smooth like butter, all my apps and settings are in place.

i got a little lag after update to os7.1. already reinstall twice & wipe my OS. still the same.
lag when scrolling thru the app at home screen & when slide pictures. not really an issue but i can feel the difference compare to previous 7.0 OS.

You experience the lag even right just after installing 7.1 before restoring your apps and data? Weird, I have more than 500 photos in my microSD and sliding/swiping between them is very smooth for me. In fact I feel 7.1 to be speedier than 7.0, overall.

yes, lag even after 7.1 fresh install(before restoring app & data). im currently restore everything now & see how it behave after this. maybe need to wait a bit for new OS to settle down.

btw i store around 30-40 pix in internal storage, will it affect the smoothness? i didnt have microsd card for storage right now.

I don't know if having microSD (or not) affects the performance of OS7.1.

That's not good . Battery saver not working for me maybe my batetry is cacat d . Use bbm and browser for 2 mins 2 percent gone . Sunglobal battery need to clone ? What does that mean ? And after upgrading to 7.1 myy touch screen not that responsive d :/
