you need to wait and make sure you need to complete your first 1km/10km journey..

OS7.1 with battery saving mode enabled always, today..

Attached Image Attached Image

15 hours+ uptime with about 30% battery left in 3G mode, with about a total of 1 hour of active usage. Tomorrow I will turn the mode off and try again.

it is considered as Bold 4 biggrin.gif  .
although people always said the Bold 9900 is the Bold 4

Bold 1 = 9000
Bold 2 = 9700
Bold 3 = 9780
Bold 4 = 9790
Bold Touch = 9900/9930
so where should we put 9650 ???
actually , i think Blackberry doesn't mean it would be called like that..

every Blackberry have it own codename..

for example , for Bold Series

Bold 9000 - Meteor
Bold 9650 - Essex
Bold 9700 - Onyx I
Bold 9780 - Onyx II
Bold 9788 - Onyx II
Bold 9790 - Onyx III
Bold 9900 - Dakota [Magnum]
Bold 9930 - Montana
*
onyx II = Delta thumbup.gif

Yes, still the standard JM-1 battery.

The upgrade process is the same like when you install a leaked or official firmware. Tutorial is available at http://n4bb.com/leaked-blackberry-bold-9790-os-7-1-0-247 which I think is using BBSAK. To use the standard BB DM, please search at Crackberry.com.

I am a BB noobie too, but I am a very quick learner smile.gif

Hi dyn09, do you need to reclone the sunglobal battery at every reboot/battery_pull? I am curious if the sunglobal battery for the 9790 behaves like the one for the 9810 (reclone only if batt is drained) or the 9900 (reclone at every reboot).

I wondering it too..
is there any gps software that can be used like papago or garmin on our 9790?
I've heard that nokia e66 got gps reciever and it can run gps service without using the maxis, celcm, digi etc line same like other car gps device.
the bold 9790 also got gps reciever,is it possible to use the gps service like that? hmm.gif
