Can any1 help me.. My bb 9790 showed white screen and ters written 'jvm error 545' n also 'reset' but everytime i clicked 'reset' it just restarted but still came out the same white screen, over n over again.. I also tried remove and put back the batt still not working :'(

has this issue resolved?

How to reload the os?my bold 9790 keep dying without charger now, done battery pull, format and it didnt work. Any idea how to solve this? Tried on spare ori brightstar battery it still died without any warning or prompt,and i need to keep it charging all time to use it.warranty's already dead :/

Will sunglobal battery fix it?

how does the os issue is related with the battery?
i think your connector pin have issue.

i have no idea, just read on the bb forum people suggesting upgrading os or something but u know what?
Thank you so much man, you're right! it is the connector pin problem. i've inserted piece of paper on the back and that actually fixed it, no sudden dead when i remove the charger, well at least for now. but hey its working

Guys, i do not have any emails installed in my bb9790, practically it is purely for phone calls, messaging (whatsapp) only... Any idea on how to save or copy my saved contacts in SIM card to GMail contact book? (were worry will lose those contacts if I did not do any backup or etc...

in my SIM card, it do have 4 separate directory where I'm saving it in partition 1 and also directory 2...
any idea?

Guys, I think my 9790 Battery Contact Point is spoiled because if I accidentally press that area even when the back cover is on, the phone automatic shut off then restart. Sometimes I can use the phone for few minute then it restarts. I've reloaded the OS already. How much to repair eh ? I don't want to open the phone myself.

if you have warranty it's free. if not the price of the board, IMO.

Anyone knows where to repair 9790 mainboard ? I was quoted RM580 for it by Blackberry Expert Center in Plaza Berjaya. Really need to find a cheaper option.

IF you have to pay RM580 for that, i suggest you buy the brand new BlackBerry z10. its just... RM20 more expensive. (RM600)

If around rm150-250 still acceptable, that amount, woah ~ better buy new phone. I'm using Z10 too by the way. A gift from my brother.
