Target market is different. FF's fee is not cheap but their selling point is different. They target the upscale market who would not mind paying the higher fee in exchange for better service, facilities and workout. Not saying the other gyms are inferior in comparison, but if you've been to several gyms (FF, CF, Chi etc), you'll understand the difference and what FF is trying to promote. They are very serious in promoting their fitness team workout. You can see them organizing Spartan/ Viper training to help participants train up before the actual race. The values that the gym is promoting is different from the others, and this is what makes them stand out IMO.

And vice versa, FF instructor and PT goes over to CF to conduct training and class?

Corporate rate differs from company to company. They have a tier system, meaning to get more discounts, your company must have more staff sign up as a member.

And why would that happen? If you want PT from FF, might as well sign up with FF in the first place. Each club have their own PT, there is no reason for them to swap for PT training.

saw one of the my friend who is the lesmill instructor will be happy happy Teach together with CF instructor. I think it is one of joint new releases btw CF and FF launching of some new workout. LOL

GX is different, it is under LesMills - a global brand. Even before the merge, there are instructors who teach in both CF and FF. There are some who also teaches in Chi, Jatomi etc. If you're a freelancer, you can move around any gyms freely as long as the gym has LM license. And yes, this weekend there's a launch in 1U if i'm not mistaken. Saw the poster in the club.

FF & CF dual access membership fees.

Do noted that FF AK, MidValley, Empire Subang and mont Kiara outlets are not in the 5 areas option selection.

Because those are so called Platinum branches.

Anyway I kinda regret dual membership now. After went to a few, I find CF a bit lacking. Have to bring own lock, no hot shower, no lounge area. Sheeshhhhh

no lounge area is surprise to me. which outlet is that?

did heard shower water in some of the shower booth is not hot.

Unless you consider one two seats with newspaper a lounge lah, Quill and Pyramid branch.
