Yes I believe I have. I just recalled this time a guy walks into the female locker. A little short but muscular and his physical is 100% male (from the naked eye). Everyone in the locker was staring. I admit I stole a few glances because for a moment there I thought I was in the wrong locker, despite the presence of several females in the locker.

And then i noticed this person is wearing a sports bra. So konfirm female la. Whether it's female to male or male to female, it doesn't bother me. I know she felt very uncomfortable and even to the stage of rising anger as several onlookers were STARING right at her.

Ahahahahaha well if you're in the locker or shower, it's pretty hard to avoid. I have heard a good fare share of shower stories from friends and instructors. A good handful of them had encountered at least one or two of these peeping tom(s).
