It is perfectly legitimate for the female to go into the male changing room provided that you are the cleaner. Nobody will report to the police or bring you the court.

I am damn sure about that.....provided that you act normal and don't start to stare at us. And I always wonder how come guy don't have same privilege to go inside the female changing room. cry.gif

There is a student fee, and single home club fee. Check with the Front of House. FF fee very standard across all clubs.

If not mistaken.

> Your account must be 10 months or older.
> There's a registration, but if the staffs there recognize you they'll usualy just let the friend in.
> No towels provided. I don't remember about locker. Again, if the staffs familiar with you, you might be able to get him those.

To be safe bawak towel sendiri la.

No towels provided but for the locker, just leave some kind of ID card with the reception in exchange for the locker cards.

Er mai gard why so quiet? Everyone busy with the upcoming CNY horiday?

I miss my regular schedule of gymming sad.gif sigh.

Anyway how do you reduce DOMS? I've been really busy at work and taking care of some family matters, I don't get to gym as regular as I used to. This will continue for awhile. Thus after I Pump-ed yesterday, I woke up with severe pain all over my body today coz I've been absent for workout for say... around 2 weeks? Haha. And I noticed I've lost quite some the strength that I built up. My legs were already shaking after warm up. I've cut down my weights too.

Is there any way to reduce this shakiness and up me with faster recovery? A friend of mine suggested fish oil for better recovery. Is taking supp the only way to go about it?

Hmmm but I'm too keen on taking supplements like that. Fish oil is still alright because it has many general health benefits as well. Something more natural would be to my preference.

creatine alone will not give you too many harmful effects... creatine is good for all gym goer... if you wish to get more muscle, then only you get some protein after your workout. creatine is use during your workout... you must get a natural source and man made protein to get ultimate result...

need not to be so wrathful my dear... i never say it is a must...
just a little discussion and you may say, "IMHO" before start your debates.
perhaps, my conversation is too short and makes you confused ...
use your creatine during your, and your may drink after the workout for recovery.
usually people will consume protein after the workout.

Fish oil helps your joints. Not your recovery, if that's what you're looking for. Creatine does shit for instant recovery, it's meant for long term usage before you see a difference. It increases water retention in your body. Due to the fact of that the effects of taking creatine occurs in a long term process, you can take it during any given time of the day. Creatine is natural by the way. It's found in red meat. They just extract it out in powder form for easy consumption. Think of milk powder or whey. Same thing.

AND NO! You DO NOT need man made + natural sources of protein for ultimate results. That's broscience in its highest level.

I love the way you explain it - clear and concise.

So my jitters, shaking etc can be reduced by intake of fish oil? Perhaps it stabilise my joints and I don't jitter no more? Haha my "flawless" logic.

My friend who is a cross fitter (also a BB) recommended it. Said it helped him but need to follow certain dosage. My legs are always shaking when I deal with weights these days. Aaargh it makes me sad and disappointed in myself. No doubt it's due to lack of consistent training but I won't be able to maintain this consistency for awhile due to some family issues that need me to look after.

Basically I'm not keen at Creatine, so yeah we can strike that off the list...! But thanks for the suggestion victorboy!

Your stability issue is probably just your muscles adapting to the lack of exercise. It's no longer able to support the weights and intensity you're doing. Deload and build it back up. Imagine trying to cycle after years of not doing so. You'll wobble at first but you'll be fine after a bit.
